September Mindfulness Series
This course will empower students to explore and develop a mindfulness practice through the cultivation of four types of meditation: sitting, standing, walking, and total relaxation. Discussions and practice will focus upon balancing the body and easing the mind with the objective of providing students with mental and physical benefits of meditation.
The instructor is Monk Mihn Nguyen, Thich Thien Tri.
